摘要:
学生党员的后续教育与管理虽然是高校党建工作的重要组成部分，但却缺乏长期性、系统性、规范性与整体性。为永 葆学生党员的先进性，充分发挥模范和表率作用，可以从内容上、方法上、载体上创新党员教育机制，从制度上、责任上、组 织上健全党员管理机制，从细则上、激励上、监督上完善党员考核机制，从专业上、能力上、组成上提高党建队伍素养等方面 入手，切实推进大学生党员的后续教育与管理工作。
Abstract:
Although the further education and administration on Party members of college students is an important part in university party work，there are problems in terms of consistency，systematicness，regularity and integrity． In order to maintain the advancement of Party members of college students，and help them to fully play an exemplary and leading role，we should innovate the mechanism of Party member’s education by the perfection of contents， methods，and carriers． We can perfect the mechanism of Party member’s administration by refining system，responsibility， and organization． We can perfect the mechanism of Party member’s assessment by strengthening rules，motivation，and supervision． We can enhance the team quality of Party members in terms of their specialty， ability and component． Only in this way can we propel the further education and administration on the Party members of college students．
