摘要:
随着高校学生党建工作的深入开展, 学生党员队伍不断扩大, 学生党员中存在的问题逐渐显现出来, 并直接影响到学生 党员队伍的整体形象。因此, 高校要认真分析问题产生的原因, 不断拓展学生党员教育管理途径, 完善学生党员考核和奖惩机制, 加强学生党建队伍建设。
Abstract:
With the further development of university student Party construction wo rk, the number of student party members ex pands uncea singly. The student Party member 's problems appea r g radual ly a nd have af fected the image of the whole student Party member troop. Therefore, univ ersities must carefully analyze the causes o f the problems, constantly ex pand the way of student Pa rty member 's educa tion a nd management , perfect the system of rewa rds and punishment , and st reng then the student par ty construction teams.
