摘要:
田径赛前短期训练是普通高校经常采用的训练方法。由于训练时间短、任务重, 比赛成绩往往很难把握。浓缩训练阶段的 时段, 合理安排运动负荷等训练方法, 对运动员短期内提高运动成绩, 获得最佳训练效果具有积极意义
Abstract:
T he sho r t- te rm t raining p rio r to track and f ield ev en ts is the tra in ing m e thod adop ted by the comm on univ ersities. Because the train ing t im e is sho r t and the task is heavy, it is v ery dif ficu lt to p redict the resu lt s o f com pet ition. In tensified t ra ining in sho rted session s o f t ra ining and a reasonab le lo ad o f t rain ing tasks m ay lead to bet ter resu lts in a sho r t period o f tim e.
