摘要:
“转变经济发展方式” 内涵丰富, 立意深远, 是我们党在探索和把握我国经济发展规律的基础上提出的重要方针, 也是 从当前我国经济发展的实际出发提出的重大战略。在实践中, 我们只有做到理论与实践、经济增长与经济发展、局部服从全局、 眼前利益与长远利益、生产力与生产关系相统一, 才能促进国民经济又好又快地发展。
Abstract:
The sta tement of t ransfo rmation o f eco nomic dev elopment mo de i s no t o nly rich in it s implication but also pro found in it s co nception. It i s the impo rtant principle put forw ard by the Communist Pa rty of China ( CPC) based o n mastering the law of economic development, the sig nificant strateg y established by CPC f rom the practice of eco nomic develo pment. In practice, only if w e take into ov erall co nsideratio n the rela tionships betw een theory and practice, eco nomic g row th and economic dev elo pment , immediate a nd lo ng - term interest s, the productiv e fo rce and productiv e rela tio ns, ca n the dev elopment o f national eco nomy be promoted steadi ly and speedily.
