摘要:
现代大学发展的要义是不断提升自己的核心竞争力, 大学文化则是核心竞争力之一, 优秀的大学文化业已成为一所大学 卓越与否的重要标志。对于建设教学研究型大学而言, 打造有特色的大学文化刻不容缓。除了用科学的理念指导大学文化建设之 外, 还要从优秀教师的培养、合理的制度建构和形式多样的阵地建设三个方面来深入推进优秀大学文化的内涵建设。
Abstract:
The essence of the development o f modern univ ersities is to impro ve their core compet it iveness, and univ er sity culture is one of them. Excel lent univ er sity culture has become an important symbol of an out standing university . As for the const ruct ion of teaching and research universit ies, creat ing a unique university cul ture is of great urg ency. Besides scient ific concept for inst ruction, ex cellent teachers, reasonable systems and various bases o f university cultur e are still necessary for further promo ting the university cultural const ruct ion.
