摘要:
党的十七大报告充满着为民思想, 形成了一个集目的、目标、要求、手段、任务、条件、保障措施和评价标准为一体的 为民思想体系。这一体系有效防止在工作方法、思想方法和领导作风上的异化, 并且牢牢抓住调动人民的积极性和创造力这一根 本, 既具有科学的理论价值, 又具有可操作的实践价值。
Abstract:
Hu Jintao 's report to the 17th National Cong ress of the Communi st Party of China ( CPC) is permeated wi th the thought of serving the peo ple, fo rming an integ ra ted system of theo ries wi th the aim, the go al and the task of the Party; the basic requirements, the inst rument and the adv antag es for the goal as w ell as the safeg uarding measure sy stem a nd ev alua tion sta nda rds fo r the g oal. Thi s sy stem can ef fectiv ely av oid alienation in the Party 's sty le o f wo rk, w ay of thinking a nd leader behavio rs. In addi tio n, i t g rasps firmly the basi s—— promoting people 's ini tiativ e and innova tio n. All in all , i t is a system w ith bo th scientific, theoretic value and practical, applied v alue.
