摘要:
实现研究生教育的科学发展, 须树立可持续与和谐发展的教育理念, 坚持走质量与创新的内涵式发展道路, 贯彻落实以 人为本的研究生教育宗旨, 通过不断地改革与开放, 创新研究生培养模式与机制。
Abstract:
To realize the scientif ic development of postg raduate education, w e should establish educational co ncept s of sustainable and harmonious development , and take the intension ty pe development path w ith emphasis o n bo th quality and innovat ion and aim to real ize individual- based postgraduate educat ion. Only by unceasing reform and opening - up, can the innov ation of postg raduate educat io n pat tern and mechanism be o btained.
