摘要:
通过界定公共安全概念，明确公共安全教育的内涵，提出高校应从“公共”和“个人”两个层面开展公共安全教育，提高公共安全治理能力。着重分析了高校公共安全教育存在的主要问题，从强化公共安全教育的保障体系、整合公共安全教育的教学管理队伍、完善公共安全教育的教学体系三个方面，提出构建高校公共安全体系的对策。
Abstract:
By defining the concept of public safety and connotation of public safety education, this paper proposes that public safety education should be developed in two levels:“public” and “individual” to promote the administrative ability of public safety. Based on the analysis of the current problems of university public safety education, this paper puts forward countermeasures in system construction from three aspects, that is perfecting the public safety educational system, integrating teaching management forces, and strengthening the guarantee system.
