摘要:
文化传承创新是高校第四大功能。地方特色文化与大学文化是融荣并生的发展共同体，地方特色文化通过精神品格塑造、物质载体支撑、文化素养浸润等方面为大学文化的传承提供源泉和动力；地方大学文化通过为地方特色文化的历史发展提供研究智库，为地方文化持续发展培养人才后备军两个方面对地方特色文化的创新进行“精神反哺”。
Abstract:
Cultural heritage and innovation is the fourth major functions of the university. Unique local culture and university culture are bound together and enjoy mutual development. Unique local culture provides inspiration and power for the inheritance and innovation of university cultural through the local spiritual culture, material culture, and exposure to culture attainments. University cultural also promotes local culture through its “think tanks” at the university and its cultivation of talents which may lead to the boom of and sustainable development of local culture.
