摘要:
校园突发危机事件直接影响学校和社会稳定。如何加强学校的日常生活管理, 更好解决危机事件的防范和治理, 是当前 颇为紧迫的任务。通过建立和完善校园危机管理机制, 学校应加强危机的风险防范和回避机制、危机反应机制以及危机善后沟通 机制, 用系统的方法避免各类危机突发事件的发生。
Abstract:
Recent years, the high f requency of unex pected cri si s a nd incident s di rect ly impacts no t only the sta bili ty of school and society, but al so people 's normal life. How to st reng then the manag ement o f daily life in the scho ol and solv e the problems o f prev enting and g overning crises bet ter is o ur urg ent task. Based o n the mo del of cri sis manag ement, scho ols should st reng then the crisis risk prev ention and evading mecha nism, cri si s respo nse mecha nism and cri si s af termath communica tion mechanism, and prevent di fferent kinds of unex pected crisis f rom happening with the sy stematic methods.
