摘要:
系统工程视域下的中国式现代化是一种组织管理中国特色社会主义现代化发展道路的科学方法,其以科学的战略规划为指导,以广大人民的信赖和支持为根基,以共建共治共享的社会治理制度和治理体系为保障,充分体现了中国共产党人对三大发展规律的深刻认识和把握。系统工程视域下的中国式现代化具有方向性、整体性、协同性、发展性和创新性等特质。建设中国式现代化系统工程,处理好其中的重大关系,需要坚持顶层设计与实践探索相结合的原则、坚持战略原则性与策略灵活性相适应的原则、坚持守正与创新相协调的原则、坚持效率与公平相兼顾的原则、坚持活力与秩序相统一的原则、坚持自立自强与对外开放相促进的原则。
Abstract:
Chinese modernization from the perspective of system engineering is a scientific method of organizing and managing the development path of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. Guided by scientific strategic planning, based on the trust and support of the people, and guaranteed by the social governance system and governance system of co-construction, co-governance and sharing, it fully embodies the profound understanding and grasp of the three development laws by the Communist Party of China. Chinese modernization from the perspective of system engineering has the characteristics of directionality, integrality, cooperation, development and innovation. To construct system engineering of Chinese modernization, it is necessary to handle a number of important relationships, adhere to the principle of combining top-level design with practical exploration, the principle of matching strategic principle with tactic flexibility, the principle of maintaining the positive innovation, the principle of taking into account both efficiency and fairness, the principle of combining vitality with order and the principle of promoting self-reliance and opening up.
