摘要:
立足百年党史,中国共产党建设健康中国的百年实践贯穿中华民族伟大复兴全过程。中国共产党建设健康中国是一场深刻的社会革命,有力推动了民族独立、人民解放。中国共产党建设健康中国是一次伟大的强国实践,有力推动了国家富强、人民幸福。中国共产党建设健康中国的伟大实践,有力保障了全体人民健康,基本实现了人人享有健康,确立和巩固了人民在卫生健康领域当家作主的权利; 确定和强化了国家卫生健康事业的社会主义公有制性质和人民立场,基本形成了覆盖全体人民的基本医疗卫生服务体系、公共卫生服务体系和健康保障促进服务体系,有力推动了社会主义现代化国家建设; 充分弘扬了国际主义精神和人道主义精神,有力援助了广大发展中国家的医疗卫生事业,贡献了全球健康治理的中国智慧、中国方案和中国力量,加快了推动构建人类卫生健康共同体的历史进程。中国共产党建设健康中国,充分彰显了为人民谋幸福、为民族谋复兴、为世界谋大同的初心和使命。中国共产党建设健康中国的理念、智慧、方案、实践和样本不仅加快了中国革命、建设和改革的历史进程,推动了全球健康治理体系变革和创新发展,而且确证了马克思主义和社会主义对建设健康世界、保障人类健康和建设未来社会的历史意义、理论意义和实践意义。
Abstract:
Based on the 100-year history of the Communist Party of China(CPC), the 100-year practice of building a healthy China runs through the whole process of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The construction of a healthy China by CPC is a profound social revolution, which effectively promotes the national independence and liberation of the people. The construction of a healthy China by CPC is a great power practice, which effectively promotes the national prosperity and the happiness of the people. The great practice of building a healthy China by CPC effectively safeguards the health of all the people, basically realizes the enjoyment of health for all, and establishes and consolidates the people's right to be masters in the field of health. It determines and strengthens the socialist public ownership nature and people's position of national health undertaking, basically forms the basic medical and health service system, public health service system and health security promotion service system covering all the people, and effectively promotes the construction of a socialist modernized country. It fully promotes the spirit of internationalism and humanitarian spirit, effectively assists the medical and health undertakings of the vast number of developing countries, contributes the Chinese wisdom, Chinese programs and Chinese forces to the global health governance, and accelerates the historical process of building a community with a shared future for human health. The construction of a healthy China by CPC fully demonstrates the original aspiration and mission of seeking happiness for the people, rejuvenation for the nation and common ground for the world. The concept, wisdom, plan, practice and sample of building a healthy China by CPC not only accelerates the historical process of China's revolution, construction and reform, promotes the transformation and innovative development of the global health governance system, but also confirms the historical, theoretical and practical significance of Marxism and socialism for building a healthy world, safeguarding human health and building a future society.
