摘要:
随着“互联网+”时代的到来，互联网不仅在社会经济领域发挥着越来越重要的作用，而且在政治领域也正引发一场“静悄悄的革命”。在此背景下，政府治理应当充分认识到“互联网+”带来的机遇和挑战，并适时将互联网技术和互联网思维深度融入政府治理，从而提升政府协同治理、智慧决策、公共服务、危机应对和防腐抗变等方面的能力和水平。
Abstract:
With the arrival of the era of “Internet Plus”, the Internet is not only playing an increasingly important role in socioeconomic sphere, but also triggering a “quiet revolution” in the political field.In this context, the government should be fully aware of the opportunities and challenges which “Internet Plus” will bring, and timely introduce Internet technology and thinking into government governance,so as to improve the standand of governance modernization．
