摘要:
弱势群体是社会上在经济收入、社会地位、权益维护、竞争能力等多方面处于不利与困难境地的人群, 他们是社会稳定 的重要基础, 他们合法权益的维护是构建和谐社会的应有之义。法律援助是保护弱势群体合法权益的有效方法, 应当进一步提高 立法层次, 制定《法律援助法》, 强化政府责任意识, 完善对弱势群体法律援助的制度体系, 充分保障弱势群体的自由和权利, 促 进社会和谐。
Abstract:
Weak colony is the public w hose economic income, social class, maintenance for rights and competit ive ability is of great disadvantag e and they are the important base for social stability. T herefore in the construction of harmonious society, it is of great importance to safeg uard their legitimate rights and interest s, of w hich legal aid is the ef fective way. It is obligatory to heighten legislation level, constitute Legal Aid Law , streng then duty consciousness of government , improve the sy stems of leg al aid for weak colony, safeguard adequately f reedom and rights of w eak colony.
