摘要:
和谐社会收入分配中的公平与效率应是有机统一的。我国作为发展中国家提倡“效率优先, 兼顾公平”有其历史的必然 性。当前在注重提高效率的同时加大社会公平的分量, 更加注重社会公平具有其现实的必然性。我们应努力探寻公平和效率最佳 结合的路径, 充分发挥国民收入三次分配对缩小收入分配差距的调节作用, 在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中逐步实现收入分配 中公平与效率的和谐统一。
Abstract:
In a harmonious society , the fairness and ef ficiency of income dist ribut ion should be the organic unity. As a developing count ry, it is necessary in a long period for China to propose “giving priority to ef ficiency w ith due considerat ion to fairness”. But , w e think that now it is t ime to put more emphasis on social fairness while improving economic ef ficiency. For specific aspect s, w e should explore a path that combining fairness w ith ef ficiency and accentuate the reg ulatory role of the third distribution of nat ional income in narrow ing the income gap. If we can bring effects of this kind of distribution, w e do realize the unificat ion of fairness and ef ficiency in the process of constructing a harmonious society.
