摘要:
构建社会主义和谐社会目标的提出, 赋予我国律师业光荣的历史任务和时代使命, 也为广大律师充分发挥作用提供了广阔 的舞台。律师在构建社会主义和谐社会中可以化解当事人之间的矛盾, 为和谐社会建设发挥息纷止争的作用; 可以担任政府企事 业的法律顾问, 为构建和谐社会提供规范化、制度化方面的作用; 积极参加各项普法活动, 为和谐社会建设中的法律意识的提高 发挥推动作用; 作为政府与百姓之间的桥梁, 为和谐社会建设提供沟通作用; 扶贫济良, 为和谐社会建设中的弱势群体提供维权 作用。
Abstract:
The Chinese Communi st Par ty has aimed to bui ld a harmo nious socialist society. In this si tuation all the law yers in China are undertaking the g reat missio n, provided wi th mo re chances to elabora te thei r professio nal o peratio ns in the following endeav ors: to elimina te co nf lict s among indiv iduals, to act as counselors in g ov ernments, institutes and companies, to pa rticipate in the campaig n to rouse the legal aw areness of people, to serve as the link betw een the gov ernment and common peo ple, a nd to pro tect the w eaker g ro up in society.
