摘要:
高校科技创新团队是我国科技自主创新的一支重要生力军。加强高校科技创新团队的建设和管理, 重在建构有效的运行机 制。科学、合理的运行机制应包括人才整合机制、协同合作机制、资源保障机制和约束激励机制。
Abstract:
The science and techno logy creat ive team at tert iary level is a very impo rtan t part of ou r independen t and creat ive scien t if ic system. Creat ing the effect ive operat ing mechan ism has become the main po in t of enhancing the con st ruct ion and managemen t of the team. M anpow er in tegrat ion mechan ism , cooperat ion mechan ism , resou rces p ro tect ion mechan ism as w ell as rest rict ion and in sp iring mechan ism have been included in the scien t if ic and rat ional operat ing mechan ism.
