摘要:
本文对目前高校教师队伍中师德失范的现象进行客观分析, 从高校思想政治工作、吸引人才条件、人才发挥作用的环境以 及管理体制等方面寻找产生失范的主要原因, 提出今后加强师德建设的具体措施。
