摘要:
地方政府政策执行力是指地方政府贯彻执行政策、实现政策目标时所具备或所拥有的一种能力和力量，它是地方政府 内在品质与外在张力相结合的一种合力。优化执行主体、扩大公民参与、强化利益整合、完善执行机制、改善执行环境，是提 升地方政府政策执行力的重要路径。
Abstract:
Policy executive ability of the local governments means the ability and strength of the local governments to implement policies and realize the policy goals． It is the joint force of internal quality and external tension of local governments． To optimize main executive body，expand the citizen participation，strengthen the interest integration， perfect executive mechanism，and improve the execution environment are the significant ways to improve the policy executive ability of the local governments．
