摘要:
终身学习是当今世界崭新的教育理念, 唯有社会全体成员参与学习, 形成人人学、时时学、处处学的学习化社会, 才能 促进现代社会和社会成员的全面发展。爱尔兰科克市通过政府推动, 创建了人人皆学的大舞台, 其组织方式新颖, 成效明显, 对 我国构建全民终身学习体系提供了可资借鉴的经验。
Abstract:
Lifelong Learning has become a new concept of educat ion at the present w orld. Building l ifelong learning plat form for part icipation of all ages in the w hole society is ex pected to cr eate a so ciety in w hich ever y one enjoy s study anyw her e at anyt ime. A lear ning- or iented society is formed then and as a result full development of the modern so ciety and social member s can be achieved as w ell. City of Cork, Ireland, turns the concept o f l ifelong learning into real performance thro ug h gov er nment inv estment and promotio n, creat ing a l ifelong learning plat fo rm for part icipat ion of the so cial members. It s org anizat ions and arrang ement s are no vel with marked effect . The pr agmat ic experience enlig htens China on it s const ruct ing lifelong learning sy stem for part icipation of the whole society .
