摘要:
完善体育公共服务体系是建设公共服务型政府的必然要求。随着经济的快速发展, 市民更加重视养生和保健, 对体育公 共服务的要求不断提高。在此背景下, 体育公共服务的供给方式和供给内容均要发生新的变化。要进一步理顺国家、省、市体育 管理体制, 激活体育运行机制, 健全场地设施、健身指导以及健康测试等项目, 优化体育产业创新发展的政策环境, 提高体育健 身的质量和水平, 逐步建立起较为完善的政府主导、社会主体和市民参与的体育公共服务体系。
Abstract:
To perfect public spo rt s service system is a necessity to build public service go ver nment . With the rapid development of eco nomy, peo ple pay more attent ion to health care and public sport s serv ice. In this co ntext , the supply of the mode and content of public spo rt s service sho uld change in some w ays. Specif ically , it need to const ruct a harmonious r elat ions betw een the sport s management r eg imes, act iv ate the sport s operat ing sy stem, improve the g round equipments, f itness guidance and health test , opt imize the policy environment for the development of spor ts indust ry innovat ion, improve the quality and level of physical fitness, to build up a perfect public sport s serv ice system, w hich is characterized by g overnment leading , society as main bo dy and public par ticipat io n .
