摘要:
法国组织分析学派认为, 组织始终处于建构与解构过程中, 所有的行动组织皆由行动者建构且具有权力关系的属性, 组 织过程始终是为了合作而围绕“游戏规则” 展开的交换与协商互动的进程。法国组织分析学派理论为重新认识高等教育组织提供 了一种新的路径: 它启发我们对高等教育组织传统模式进行“解构” , 同时为高等教育组织中成员提供新的观察视角、新知识以 及新的机遇。该理论对存在于具体时空中的高等教育行动组织具有很强的针对性。
Abstract:
According to the French orga nizational analy sis theo ry, orga ni zatio n i s alway s in the process of being co nst ructed and deco nst ructed, all action o rg ani za tions are co nst ructed by actors and hav e nature of pow er rela tion, a nd the o rg ani za tio n course i s a process of ex change and neg otia tio n rev o lving around “ the rules of the g ame” . The theo ry provides us a new way to recog ni zing higher educatio n o rg ani za tions, inspi res us to deconst ruct the t raditional models o f high er educatio n orga ni zatio ns, a nd of fers a new perspectiv e, know ledge a nd oppo rtuni ty to members of higher educatio n org anizations. This theo ry has a practical effect o n current higher educatio n actio n org anizations.
