摘要:
大学生就业是一个系统工程, 需要政府、学校以及大学生的共同努力。政府应完善社会保障制度, 建立激励机制, 优化 产业结构, 合理调整学科结构和本专科招生比例, 定期公开岗位信息; 高校要紧贴地方经济发展, 深化教育教学改革, 适度加大 选修课、实践性课程比例; 大学生更要化被动为主动, 合理定位, 注重强化专业技能和综合素质的提高, 践行职业生涯规划, 顺 利实现就业。
Abstract:
Emplo yment o f college students is a sy stematic pro ject requi ring the joint ef fo rt s o f the g overnment, the scho ol a nd colleg e student s. The Gov ernment sho uld improv e the social securi ty system, establi sh an incentiv e mechanism, optimi ze the indust rial st ructure, ra tionali ze di sciplina ry structure a nd the enrollment ratio of specialties, and reg ularly o pen post public info rmatio n; Co lleg es and univ ersi ties should meet the need of local economic g row th, deepen the educa tio nal refo rm, increase electiv e courses and practical curriculum; Co lleg e students should regain the ini tiativ e, rationally fix thei r po sition, at tach impo rtance to streng thening professio nal skill s, improv e the ov erall quality, practice their career pla nning and obtain employment smoo thly.
