摘要:
晚清在现代化进程中政治合法性不断流失, 而当时的制度安排使得整个系统形成了迪尔凯姆型的社会资本。这种社会资 本一般在其成员内部创造信任, 但使社会成员对更广泛的社会制度则充满了疑虑和不安, 并且深深地腐蚀着清廷政治系统过程功 能即政治体系的利益表达、利益综合和政治决策, 从而加速了清廷的政治衰败。
Abstract:
The political legitimacy of the la ter Qing Dy nasty , in the mo derni zatio n process of China , was on the decline. The insti tutional ar rangements caused the ov erall system to form Dille Kime 's social capi tal, w hich generally crea ted the t rust in his member, but caused the members of di fferent social classes to be fi lled wi th doubts and anxieties and eroded the functio ns of the political system pro cess of the Qing co urt, that is, the interest ex pressio n of the poli tical system, the interest integration and po li tical deci sion - making. And i t deepened the political deterio ra tion o f the Qing gov ernment.
