摘要:

中国教育近代化的推进、新式学堂的建立、社会对人才需求、对中国社会现状的反思以及教育体制的变革推动了壬寅— 癸卯学制产生, 中国高等师范教育体系正式形成。通过对学制中有关高等师范教育的培养目标、入学资格、办学条件、课程设置、 学生义务、费用待遇等内容的解读, 阐述其对当今中国高等师范教育改革, 对进一步推行师范生免费政策, 建立适合中国高等师 范毕业生的分配制度和竞争机制, 强化师范生的专业训练和人格培养等方面的重要意义。

Abstract:

The appearance of Renyin - Kuimao educational sy stem w as caused by the advancement of Chinese educatio n moder ni zatio n, the establi shment of new schoo ls, the community 's demand for talented people, the reflections on Chinese social actuali ty as w ell as the refo rm of education system. And this system symboli zed the forma tio n o f Chinese hig her no rmal educatio n sy stem. By analyzing the training o bjectiv es, admi ssio n requi rement s, school requi rement s, cur riculum, student duties, tui tion a nd t reatment related to high er no rmal educatio n, w e explain it s sig nificance to hig her no rmal educatio n reform in co ntempo rary China, to further implementatio n of f ree of charge policy to no rmal school student s, to the establi shment of sui table di stribution system a nd competi tion mechanism, and to the enhancement of no rmal school students ' pro fessional t raining and personali ty nurturing .
