摘要:
高校校园和谐文化建设是和谐社会建设的必然要求, 是高校文化软实力的集中体现。目前高校校园文化建设仍然存在着 不可忽视的不和谐因素, 加强高校校园和谐文化建设已成为一项紧迫任务。“以人为本” 是和谐校园文化建设的核心; 和谐人际 关系是和谐校园文化建设的关键; 依法治校、民主管理是和谐校园文化建设的准绳。
Abstract:
Ha rmonio us Campus Culture Const ruction i s essential to a ha rmonio us society, and is the representation o f so f t pow er for co lleg es and universi ties. How ever, di sharmo nious factors can no t be ig no red. It is urg ent to st reng then the harmo nious campus cul ture. In co nst ructing ha rmonio us campus culture, the core is the concept of “ People- oriented” , the key i s harmo nious interpersonal rela tionship, and the code i s managing universi ties leg ally and democra tically.
