摘要:
学生公寓管理是高校管理的重要组成部分。加强高校学生公寓的管理工作是贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐校园、加强 和改进高校学生思想政治教育的需要。要把握目前高校学生公寓管理中存在的问题, 切实加强高校学生管理工作, 强化责任意识、 加强制度建设、突出以人为本、提高管理员素质、提高学生公寓管理工作水平, 营造和谐公寓文化氛围。
Abstract:
U niversity students’ apartmentmanagement is very important in university. The strengthening of its management is the demand of imp lementing scientific development concep ts, constructing harmonious campus and imp roving university students’ ideological and political education. Some p roblem s should be delt w ith and certain meatures should be taken to imp rove university students’ apartment maagement by enhancing responsibility consciousness and system construction, stresssing individual - based concep ts, imp roving adm inistrators’ qualities and creating harmonious apartment culture atmosphere.
