摘要:
辅导员队伍逐渐呈现职业化和专家化趋势, 高校帮助辅导员构建职业前途战略模型, 能有效地激励辅导员提高管理能力 和管理水平。构建辅导员职业前途战略模型主要包括战略制定、战略选定、战略实施和战略检查监督四个阶段。
Abstract:
T here has been a gr adually increasing tendency of professionalizat io n and specializat ion among the counsel lors at universit ies. It w ill be an effect ive st imulus on their desire to enhance administr at ive ability if universit ies help them build a model str ategy of their career pro spect s. Co nstr uct io n of such a st rategy mainly co nsist s of four stages, namely, classif icat ion, select io n, implementat io n and fol low - up superv ision.
