摘要:
高校学生规模迅速扩大, 在校大学生的心理健康问题频发。辅导员加强对大学生心理危机的有效干预, 未雨稠缪, 在构 建和谐社会中有着重要意义。有效的途径与方法是: 推进辅导员队伍的专业化建设; 提高辅导员的心理学科知识及运用能力; 建 设宏观与微观层面的心理危机防范、干预的网络机制; 着力学生管理教育工作方法创新。
Abstract:
Wi th the intense competi tio n in society , psychological health problems of college student s arise f requently. It is of g reat significance colleg e counselo rs to carry out psychological crisis interv entio n in student s in the process of const ructing ha rmonious society in China. On the one hand, attention should be paid to optimi zing professional counselors and improving thei r psychological know ledg e both in theory and in practice. On the other, the netw ork system in psychological crisis preventio n and intervention both in macro and in micro level should be set up, and some innovative management methods should be obtained.
