摘要:
坚持中国共产党领导、坚持以人民为中心、坚持健康优先发展、坚持健康源头治理是习近平新时代健康治理观的鲜明特征。习近平新时代健康治理观主要包括“民族复兴”的健康治理历史观、“全民健康”的健康治理价值观、“健康融入”的健康治理系统观、“绿水青山”的健康治理生态观、“改革创新”的健康治理动力观、“合作共赢”的健康治理全球观。习近平新时代健康治理观是新时代中国共产党满足人民日益增长的健康生活需要、推进健康中国建设的世界观和方法论,为全球健康治理贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。
Abstract:
Adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, people as the center, health priority development and the health source governance is the distinctive feature of Xi Jinping's concepts of health governance in the new era. Xi Jinping's concepts of health governance in the new era mainly include the historical view of health governance of “national rejuvenation”, the health governancevalue of “national health”, the systematic view of health governance of “health integration”, the ecological concept of health governance of “clear waters and green hills”, the dynamic view of health governanceof “reform and innovation” and the global view of health governance of “cooperation and win-win”. Xi Jinping's concepts of health governance in the new era are the world outlook and methodology to promote the construction of healthy China and contribute Chinese wisdom and approach to the global health governance.
