摘要:
常州市坚持走政府主导、产学研结合之路, 通过集聚科技资源、集聚高端人才、集成创新资源、提高企业自主创新能力、 共建创新联盟等方式培育创新型经济, 增强全市农业装备业自主创新能力, 成功实现了产业结构调整和发展方式转变, 对于我国 现代农业装备业发展具有重要的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Wi th the appro ach of gov ernment - led and industry - univ ersity - research integ ratio n, Chang zhou has fo stered the innova tio n economy by g athering the techno log y resources and high - lev el talents, integ rating innova tion resources, enhancing the capabi li ty of independent innova tion a nd building the innov atio n allia nce. Therefo re, i t enhances the capabili ty of independent innov atio n on ag ricultural equipment indust ry. It also successfully adjust s the indust ry st ructure and dev elo pment pat terns, which has an important reference fo r the dev elopment of modern ag ricul tural equipment indust ry.
