摘要:
时代赋予高校培养创新型人才的重任, 然而现阶段高校的育人理念、教学方式方法、教学团队、对大学生的评价标准却 与此目标不相适应。应当以促进大学生个性发展为突破点开展高校创新型人才培养工作: 创新和实践“以人为本”的育人理念、 探索并设计适应高校大学生个性发展的教学模式、组建起高效率的创新型的教师团队、建构适于大学生个性发展的高校大学生评 价体系。大学生的个性向正向发展, 创新型人才成为大学生的自觉追求。
Abstract:
It is an impo rtant duty for univer sit ies to cult ivate inno vat iv e talent s. But now day s the idea o f education, teaching method, teaching team and the assessment system about student s o f universit ies are not co nsistent w ith the g oal mentioned above. In order to promote the development of university student s' personality and pursue the inno vat iv e talent t raining , w e sho uld innov ate and pr act ice the people- oriented idea of educat ion, explore and desig n the model of teaching, build teaching team w ith hig h ef ficiency , const ruct an assessment sy stem that adapt to the development of university student s' personality .
