摘要:
女大学生作为大学生中令人瞩目的群体, 面临着更多的压力和挑战, 而学业压力是其中一个突出的问题。对于懂事好强 的女大学生来说, 学业问题关乎到自己的尊严、荣誉和前途。因此面对学业压力唯有勇敢接受挑战, 学会调整自我, 做一个快乐、 阳光的现代知识女性。同时, 也要整合社会、学校和家庭的资源, 帮助女大学生缓解压力, 健康成长。
Abstract:
Female co lleg e student s, as a remarkable g roup in univ ersi ty, a re faced wi th mo re pressure a nd chal lenge, of which academic pressure is the most prominent problem. Female college students a re sensible and eag er to do ev erything w ell, so academic achiev ement s relates to their dig nity, honor and future. Therefore, the best w ay to facing academic pressure i s to accept challenges brav ely , a nd lea rn to adjust themselves to happy sunny w omen full o f mo dern know ledg e. Meanw hi le, w e must integ rate the resources o f society , school and family to help them alleviate the pressure so that they can g row up healthily.
