摘要:
常州市委市政府推动创新驱动战略,发展高科技园区是其创新驱动战略的模式之一,而企业建设创新文化是推动企业创新发展的持久动力。本文首先评述了创新文化建设的基本理论:科技创新与创新文化关系;建设创新文化的必要性;创新文化建设的影响因素。然后对常州高科技园区创新文化建设现状进行了分析,基于前述理论分析,提出了建设创新文化要结合生态文化观,并根据生态文化观环境友好性的原则明确了具体建设思路,基于这些思路,从政府、企业提出了具体对策。
Abstract:
Changzhou government promotes the innovation-driven strategy, and its basic model is to develop high scientific technology zone. However construction of innovation culture is the persistent motive of the innovation ability for enterprise. In the paper we reviewed the basic theory about innovation culture, including the relationship between scientific technology creativity and innovation culture, the necessity of building innovation culture, the main determining elements of innovation culture construction, and then we evaluates the present situation about innovation culture in high scientific technology zone in Changzhou. Based on all the above, we suggests that building innovation culture should contain ecological culture concept, and under the idea of ecological culture concept, the environmental-friend principle should be taken as the detailed guideline in building innovation culture, and some policies for government and enterprise are also proposed based on these.
