摘要:
选聘高校毕业生到村任职，对于建设服务型马克思主义执政党具有重要意义。基于对扬州、镇江、南通、泰州四市八个县区的调研发现，各地建设了一支心系百姓、干事创业的大学生村官队伍，他们参与基层服务型党组织建设，给基层党组织带来了生机与活力。调研发现，大学生村官队伍中存在着稳定性差、适应难以及心理困惑等问题，影响了大学生村官队伍作用的发挥。要加强大学生村官的人文关怀和心理疏导，增强大学生村官为民服务意识，构建大学生村官参与基层服务型党组织建设的长效机制，使大学生村官人尽其才。
Abstract:
Hiring college graduates to serve the villages is important to the construction of the service type Marxism ruling party. Based on the survey of college-graduate village officials in Yangzhou, Zhenjiang, Nantong and Taizhou, we find that they have participated in the construction of the service type grassroots party organizations and brought vitality and vigor to the grass-roots party organizations. It is also found that there exist some problems among college-graduate village officials,such as poor stability, lack of adaptability and mental confusion and so on, which has prevented them from plying move constructive role. So it is necessary to strengthen humanistic care and psychological counseling to them, increase their service consciousness, build a long term mechanism ensuring college-graduate village officials participating in constructing service-oriented grass-roots party organizations, in order that they may make full use of their talents.
