摘要:
邓小平在1980年8月18日中共中央政治局扩大会议上发表的《党和国家领导制度的改革》重要讲话,不仅在理论上发展了马克思主义政治学理论和马克思主义党的建设理论,在实践上指导我国新时期民主政治建设和党的建设谱写新的篇章,而且对于现阶段深化党的建设制度改革具有多方面的启示意义:深化党的建设制度改革,必须坚持解放思想,实事求是的思想路线,必须坚持社会主义和坚持党的领导的根本方向,必须以加强民主集中制建设为重点。
Abstract:
The important speech-Reform of the System of Party and State Leadership, which was made by Deng Xiaoping at the enlarged meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee on Augest 18, 1980, not only developes the political theories and party building theories of Maxism in theory and guides Chinese democrocy building and Party building in the new era in practice, but also provides enlightenments to deepening the reform of Party building system at the present stage: to deepen the reform of the Party building system, we must keep to the ideological lines of emancipating our minds and seeking truth from facts, adhere to the socialist orientation and strengthen the leadership of the Party, reinforce the construction of democratic centralism.
