摘要:
毛泽东和邓小平社会管理思想是历史环境与具体实际相结合的时代产物,两者既有联系,又有区别,代表了历史发展的两个进程。在管理哲学上,通过对马克思主义科学世界观和方法论的坚持与发展,深刻揭示了我国社会管理活动的性质和规律; 在管理理论上,通过对社会管理基本构成要素的界定,丰富了中国特色社会管理的科学内涵; 在管理实践上,通过对不同历史条件下社会管理模式和社会管理体制的选择与践行,探究了中国特色社会管理方式。正确认识和把握毛泽东和邓小平社会管理思想之间的关系,对于新时期社会管理工作的加强与创新具有十分重要的意义。
Abstract:
MAO Ze-dong's and DENG Xiao-ping's social management thoughts are the combination of historical environment and specific practices. They are related to each other while different, representing two processes of historical development. In management philosophy, based on the upholding and developing of the Marxism scientific world outlook and methodology, it profoundly reveals the nature and law of social management activities in China; in management theory, based on the definition of the basic elements of social management, it riches the scientific connotation of social management with Chinese characteristics; in management practice, based on the selection and practice of the mode and system of social management in different historical conditions, it explores the way of social management with Chinese characteristics. It is very important to understand and grasp the relationship between MAO Ze-dong's and DENG Xiao-ping's social administration thoughts correctly for the enhancement and innovation of today's society management work.
