摘要:
研究根据我国高等教育中毕业设计(论文) 的现状, 以团队的形式面向企业进行了毕业设计(论文) 的探索与实践。阐 述了面向企业以团队的形式进行毕业设计(论文) 的意义, 必须要面向社会、面向企业的生产实际, 才能培养出具有“劳动能 力” 的“人才”。毕业设计(论文) 的指导思想就是根据每位同学的个体特质, 通过结合生产实际的、以团队组合的毕业设计 (论文) 过程, 使其最大程度的发挥自己的创造潜能、提升他们的自信心, 为即将走入社会做好准备。在毕业设计(论文) 过程 中引导学生积极地思想, 形成工作的思想链
Abstract:
Based o n the si tuation of g raduatio n desig n in Chinese Hig her Educa tion, some ex plo ratio n a nd practice of g radua tion desig n are made in team form for enterprises. The signi fica nce of g raduation desig n in team fo rm for enterpri ses is tha t g raduatio n desig n must face the society and actual productio n of enterpri ses so as to t rain pro fessio nals wi th practical labo r abilities. The g uiding ideolog y o f g raduation design is to maximi ze ev ery student 's crea tiv e potential , to esta blish thei r self- co nfidence, to prepare them for stepping into society , according to individual characteri stic o f every student, in the g raduation design process combining productio n practice a nd in term fo rm. In the process of graduation desig n, student s should be g uided to think activ ely and fo rm thoug ht chain of wo rk. Wi th the chain, some concrete elements such as theory , know ledge, techno logy and metho d can fo rm an o rganic system o f wo rking capabi li ty. This may point out the direction, content s a nd dema nd fo r thei r future task.
