摘要:
提高女大学生心理保健能力, 是优化高校心理健康教育效果, 培养适应社会需要的人才, 促进女大学生顺利成长成才的 需要。高校要针对女大学生在心理保健方面存在的问题, 要通过整合心理健康教育资源, 建立高校女大学生心理保健系统, 提高 心理健康课程的针对性和实效性, 开展形式多样的校园文体活动, 帮助学生掌握自我心理调节的方法, 培养女大学生心理保健能 力。
Abstract:
To improve female college student s' mental health is the premise to o pt imize the college psy chological educat ion and t rain market- oriented talent s. According to the problems of mental hy giene among female student s, co llege should integr ate resour ces on mental health educat ion, establish mental health sy stem among student s and improve effect iv eness o f mental heal th pr ograms, car rying out various spo rt s act ivit ies o n campus to help them f ind the w ay of self- regulat io n on mental problems and improve their self- care ability.
