摘要:

在人类社会存在与发展的过程中, “环境”与“安全”这两个问题始终伴随其中。要解决“环境”与“安全”问题, 关 键是人才。人才的培养是一项复杂的系统工程, 既要分门别类, 又要交融综合。培养模式是人才培养的“框架格式”, 是对培养 目标的分解与落实。通过“框架格式”能够清晰的反映教育活动的组成要素及要素之间的逻辑关联和运行机制。环境与安全工程 专业人才培养模式以“人格品质的塑造、工程应用思维与工程方法的形成、工程应用技术能力的培养、工程应用创新能力的培 育”为四个立足点, 模式关注如何发展学生特定的“认知”能力、“理解”能力、“判断”能力和“睿智的行为”能力, 形成“提 出问题( 对事物的认识) →解决问题的思想与方法( 研究性学习) →解决问题的过程( 实践与实训) →体验成功解决问题的顿悟 瞬间( 量变到质变的飞跃) →建立自信心与新的目标( 形成创新的原动力) ”的教育活动, 不断促进人才“成长”。

Abstract:

In the course o f ex istence and dev elo pment of human society , both “env ir onment”and “s afety ” are alw ay s accompanied. T he key to solv e “environment”and “s afety”quest ions l ies in professio nals. T he t raining o f professio nals is a complex sy stem engineering that need be classif ied and integ rated. T he t raining mode is a “f rame”o f the talent s t raining and is decomposit ion and implement to the t raining g oal. The “f rame”can clearly show the log ical sequence and operational mechanism of composit ion factors of educat ion activ it ies and betw een these facto rs. The mode of pro fessionals' t raining o f env ir onment & safety eng ineer ing specialty foo ts o n fo ur aspect s that are personal ity mo lding, eng ineer ing applicat ion ideas and pr oject methods fo rming, eng ineer ing applicat ion technical abilit ies training and eng ineering application innovat ive abilities t raining. The mode fo cuses on how develop specif ic cog nit ive abilit ies, comprehension abilit ies, judgment abilit ies and w ise behavior abilit ies o f student s. T he educat ion act ivit ies are formed including “put t ing fo rw ar d a pro blem ( to know the thing ) →tho ug ht and metho ds of dealing w ith the pr oblem ( research study ) → the pr ocess of solving the problem ( pract ice and t raining ) → exper iencing epiphany moment o f solving the pr oblem successfully ( a qual itat ive change f rom quant itative chang e to qualitat ive change ) → establishing self- confidence and new go al s ( forming mot ive pow er to inno vate ) ”. The mode can co nt inuously promote pr ofessional s “grow ing”.
