摘要:
教学团队在整合教学资源, 推进教学改革和提高教学质量上起到重要的作用。目前, 国内高校组建了数千个各种层次的 教学团队, 在教学团队建设中, 合理处理影响教学团队绩效的几个重要关系, 是教学团队高效率运行的保障, 这些重要关系包括 教学团队中科研和教学的关系, 团队长期目标和短期目标的关系, 团队中老教师和青年教师的关系与团队带头人和团队成员的关 系。
Abstract:
T eaching team plays an impo rtant ro le in the integr ation o f teaching resour ces, promot ion of teaching r eform and impr ovement o f teaching qual ity . At present , tho usands o f teaching teams at different levels have been set up in universit ies in china. It is the safeguard o f teaching team perfo rmance to deal w ith several impor tant relat ions, including the r elat ionship betw een research and teaching, betw een longterm g oal and short- term goal, between senior teachers and junio r teachers, and betw een the team leader and team members.
