摘要:
从组织的视角来研究高等教育系统, 应从学科出发, 然后追溯到围绕学科发展起来的集工作、信念和权力各种形态于一 体的综合机构。克拉克教授认为高等学校存在源于基层的、领导层推动的、基于学术渗透的、渐进的和无形的等变革模式。建立 “进取性大学”符合高等教育发展的基本规律, 此类大学不仅具有广泛的外围发展空间、多渠道的财政资源、活化的学术中心, 还 具备强有力的领导核心。
Abstract:
T he study about the higher educat ion system fr om an org anizat ional perspective should start fr om subjects, and then back to a comprehensiv e inst itut io n, w hich developing aro und discipl inary and set t ing to be in form of w ork, faith and pow er. Professo r Clark consider s that there are several innov ation mode in colleges or universit ies , such as a mode fr om the g rassroot s level, the leadership- driven mo de, the mode based on academic infilt rat io n, and gradual o r intangible modes. Establishment of a “p rog ressive university ”is consistent w ith the basic law of higher educat ion. These universit ies not only have such a w ide rang e of peripheral development , mult i- channel f inancial resources, the act ivat ion o f the academic center, also have a st rong cor e of leadership.
