摘要:
目前部分工科院校图书馆文献资源建设中出现了图书采购学科比例失调的现象: 即社会科学类图书入藏比例较高, 自然 科学类图书入藏比例较低, 不能满足理工科读者的阅读需求。比例失调的主要原因是: 出版市场本身存在的社科图书出版高比例 和书商提供的自科书目不全。作为图书馆采购人员要关注年度藏书比例变化, 合理调控社会科学自然科学图书入藏比例; 多渠道 获取原始书目数据; 同时要严格执行购书合同, 严肃处罚违约; 参加全国书市现场采购等。
Abstract:
Currently, boo k purchase imbalance arises in the process of liter ature resour ces const ruct ion in some engineering co lleg e l ibraries. Namely , the pro por tion of so cial science books is higher than natural science bo oks, w hich can not meet the needs of science and eng ineer ing readers. T he main r eason for the imbalance is the inherent higher propo rt io n o f social science bo oks in the publishing market and inadequate natural science bo oks provided by book sellers. Pro curement staf f of the library co llect ion should pay close at tention to the annual percentage change in collect ion boo ks, r easonably regulate and cont ro l the rat io of natural sciences and social sciences bo oks, g ain mult i- channel access to the original bibliographic data; Besides, st rict ly enforce textbook cont ract s, punish penalt ies for breach o f cont ract , and part icipate in Nat io nal Boo k Fair on- site procur ement .
