摘要:
研究生学风的好坏直接关系到研究生培养质量的高低。当今社会利益主体多元化容易导致部分研究生心态浮躁、急功近 利, 科学精神相对缺失; 而研究生的进一步扩招, 学校的研究生教育管理机制、学术氛围等都直接或间接影响研究生的学风状况, 进而影响到研究生培养质量。弄清影响当前研究生学风现状的原因, 从研究生内在特质因素和影响研究生学风的外在因素着手, 采取积极有效的对策, 加强研究生学风建设, 是提高研究生的学术水平、完成研究生学业, 培养高层次复合型建设人才的重要保 证。
Abstract:
Learning atmosphere o f postg raduates is closely inter related to the educat io nal quality of po stgr aduates. At present, driven by social multi - interest s, such phenomena as impetuous at t itudes, instant success but lack o f scientif ic spir it may ar ise. In addition, w ith the increasing enrollment of po stgr aduates, postgr aduates' educat ional manag ement mechanism and academic atmosphere, etc. dir ect ly or indirect ly affect postgraduates' leaning atmospher e, ther eby affect ing the educat ional quality of po stgr aduates. Only through a car eful analysis of internal and ex ter nal factors, taking some ef fect ive measures, and enforcing postgraduates' learning atmo sphere construction, can the academic standards of po stgr aduates be impro ved so as to cult ivate hig h- level compound talent s.
