摘要:
高校图书馆采编业务社会化是社会发展的必然结果, 是社会信息化进程的必然要求。它不仅能节省高校采书经费, 提高 资源利用率, 同时它也存在着降低图书质量、降低编目数据质量等诸多问题。要抓好招标计划, 选择书商、图书验收、联机编目 等环节, 确保馆藏质量, 更有效地服务于学校教学科研。
Abstract:
The socializat ion of acqu isit ion ing and catalogu ing wo rk s at un iversity lib raries is the inevitab le resu lt of social developmen t, and the necessary requ iremen t of the social info rmat ion p rocess. It can save the co st of pu rchasing book s and imp rove resou rce u t ilizat ion. W h ile there also ex ist s such p rob lem s as low er quality of book s and catalog data. To make the lib rary p rovide bet ter service fo r the teach ing and scien t if ic research of co lleges and un iversit ies, some measu res mu st be taken such as mak ing a severe b idding p rogram , select ing good book sellers, accep tance check and on line catalog to en su re the quality of lib rary co llect ion.
