摘要:
科技查新是一项集文献检索和情报调研于一体的研究工作。作为信息服务的主体, 它可以快速地为企业提供具有竞争力 的情报, 使其在科研立项、成果鉴定、专利查新、产品开发以及技术引进等方面少走弯路和错路, 避免因侵权而造成重大经济损 失, 对其技术创新起到真正的保护和促进作用。
Abstract:
Sci - techno logy novelty search is a research wo rk of in tegrat ing literatu re search ing and info rmat ion invest igat ion. A s the sub ject of info rmat ion service, it can p rovide compet it ive info rmat ion fo r en terp rises p romp t ly and accu rately, help ing them avo id w inding path in research p ro ject, ach ievemen t evaluat ion, paten t search, new p roduct developmen t and techno logy in t roduct ion, p reven t ing seriou s econom ic lo sses cau sed by inf ringemen t. In a wo rd, it can p ro tect and p romo te the techn ical innovat ion of the en terp rises.
