摘要:
未来是客观可能的未来和主观希望的未来的统一, 是不确定性与确定性的统一, 未来与现实同在, 与现实互渗互动。现 代工程具有高新技术聚集、系统巨型复杂及对未来影响重大等特点。未来在场在科技维度、人性维度和可持续维度等方面, 对现 代工程的构建提出了一系列规约。
Abstract:
Future is the uni ty o f possible future and preferable future, and the unity o f uncertainty a nd certainty. And i t i s infil trating and interacting wi th reali ty. Modern pro ject s are characteri zed by co ng eries o f the hig h and new techniques, complicated and huge sy stem and g reat influence o n the future. The presence of future brings forw ard a series o f rest rictio ns o n the dimension of techno logy , humanity a nd sustainabili ty to the co nfo rmatio n o f the modern pro jects.
