摘要:
研究生择业观的形成是连续、渐进的过程, 是一个受到多方因素影响的过程, 就业指导应具有连续性和针对性, 应由政 府、高校、社会与用人单位多方参与。要对研究生就业指导现状存在的问题进行分析, 从增强研究生就业能力的全过程入手, 以 提升研究生就业能力为目标, 构建多方参与的全程性研究生就业指导体系。
Abstract:
The formation of Postgraduates’ view of emp loyment is a continuous and gradual p rocess affected by many factors. Emp loyment guidance should have continuity and target. The Government, universities, social and emp loyment units should participate in it, analyzing the p roblem s existing in the current postgraduate emp loyment guidance. To construct a multi- - participation - based w hole p rocess postgraduate emp loyment guidance system , w e should start from the w hole p rocess of enhancing the postgraduates’ emp loyability.
