摘要:
大学生的主动性和独立性对其有效学习和综合素质的提高有重要作用。大学教育应注意培养大学生的主动性和独立性, 而这首先要发挥好教师教学中的主导作用, 教师在任何时候都要坚持这种主导作用。在具体施教中应坚持以育为先、因人施教、 学研结合、激励教学、主体参与、启发教学等有效方法, 着力培养学生主动性和独立性, 从而使教学主体的认知能力、学习能力、 生活能力、适应环境能力得以提高, 促进学生更快进步和全面发展。
Abstract:
co llege studen t s’ in it iat ive and independence p lay a very impo rtan t ro le in their effect ive learn ing and comp rehen sive quality enhancemen t. U n iversity educat ion shou ld cu lt ivate studen t s’ in it iat ive and independence of, w h ich mu st b ring teachers in to the leading ro le in teach ing f irst, and the teachers shou ld adhere to the p rincip le under any circum stances. In teach ing, w e may take effect ive concrete teach ing methods such as tak ing educat ion as f irst, teach ing on personality, comb in ing learn ing w ith study, st imu lat ing teach ing, part icipat ion of themain body and en ligh ten ing teach ing etc. W e shou ld lay st ress on studen t s’ in it iat ive and independence so as to imp rove their cogn it ive ab ility, learn ing capab ility, viab ility and ab ility of adap t ing to environmen t, thereby to p romo te co llege studen t s’ rap id p rogress and all- round developmen t.
