摘要:
多层次的医疗保障体系包括农村与城市两大部分。城市医疗保障体系包括基本医疗、社会医疗和补充医疗三个方面, 农村 医疗保障体系主要依靠国家政策倾斜扶助。这两部分医疗保障体系目前都存在一些缺陷, 要在确定保障对象、筹集水平和个人帐 户管理等方面进一步完善。
Abstract:
The mu lt i- level medical guaran tee system covers cit ies and the coun t ryside. There are th ree part s in the medical care system in cit ies in ou r coun t ry. They are basic medical care, social medical care and supp lemen tary medical care. The medical care system in ru ral areasmain ly depends on funds f rom the governmen t. By analyzing the disadvan tages in the two system s, th is paper gives the op in ion s and advice on how to make su re of the medical care ob ject s, f inancing level and managemen t of individual accoun t s in hope of facilitat ing and perfect ing the mu lt i- levelmedical care system in ou r coun t ry.
